NESOSIQ ANALYTICS
AI-powered predictive maintenance
Identify developing equipment issues and give your maintenance team a better basis for planning inspections.
NesosIQ combines condition data, historical trends and AI-powered analytics to help teams move towards more informed maintenance. Start with the assets that matter most to your operation, establish their operating patterns and investigate changes before they become larger problems.

01
From readings to maintenance insight
Trend analysis: review how temperature, vibration, energy use, pressure or runtime changes over time, where suitable measurements are available.
Anomaly detection: train models on historical telemetry to identify behaviour that differs from expected operating patterns. Review unusual events alongside the asset’s operating context.
Forecasting: estimate future telemetry trends to inform inspection and maintenance planning. Forecast usefulness is assessed against actual readings before it is relied upon operationally.
02
Where it can help
Hotels and leisure facilities: investigate changing HVAC performance, refrigeration temperatures, pump behaviour and energy consumption.
Ports, public buildings and commercial estates: prioritise checks on monitored pumps, ventilation equipment and standby-generation assets.
Distributed island estates: use a shared view of asset condition to plan engineer visits, coordinate local teams and consider parts requirements before travelling to site.
Each application depends on suitable sensors or existing equipment data. A model cannot assess a fault mechanism that the available measurements do not reveal.
03
Illustrative application scenario
A facilities team monitors a circulation pump’s vibration, motor temperature and runtime. NesosIQ highlights a sustained departure from the pump’s usual pattern. The team checks the operating load and recent changes, reviews the trend and arranges an inspection. The engineer’s findings are recorded and used to assess whether the alert was useful and whether the monitoring approach needs adjustment.
04
What your team sees in NesosIQ
Bring historical readings, anomaly results and forecasts into configured dashboards. Compare monitored assets, review emerging trends and route agreed notifications to the people responsible for investigation. Where required, we scope integration with existing maintenance and work-order processes.
Threshold alerts, anomaly detection and forecasting serve different purposes. A threshold flags a defined limit; an anomaly highlights unusual behaviour; a forecast estimates how a measured value may develop. None, by itself, confirms the cause of a fault or guarantees when equipment will fail.
05
Build confidence through a focused pilot
Choose a small set of assets and agree the decisions the analytics should support. Check measurement quality, reporting frequency and the historical data available. Establish representative operating baselines, review results with your maintenance team and validate models against later data and inspection findings.
Track useful warnings, false alerts, investigation lead time and the actions taken. Reassess models when equipment, operating schedules or seasonal conditions change. Analytics are configured around each deployment and support engineering judgement, inspections and manufacturer maintenance requirements.

No. Nesos IoT deployments use LoRaWAN, a low-power wireless standard designed for monitoring across buildings and estates, so devices do not rely on building Wi-Fi. Network design, gateway connectivity and a site survey are confirmed for each project so coverage fits the environment.
-
Your organisation does. Nesos IoT does not manage alerts or operational responses: your team defines the thresholds, notification routes and response procedures, and NesosIQ can connect to your existing systems through APIs and agreed integrations.
-
Yes. Suitable applications can share the same estate network and NesosIQ platform, so you can start with one challenge and add further monitoring as your needs grow. Our device-agnostic approach selects compatible equipment for each task.

We follow Discover, Survey, Pilot, Deploy, Integrate and Scale, starting with a focused pilot that validates measurements, coverage and the operational response. Nesos IoT is based in St Helier, Jersey, and works across the Channel Islands and beyond. Call +44 (0) 1534 753225 or email info@nesos.co.uk.

From pilot to portfolio
We follow Discover, Survey, Pilot, Deploy, Integrate and Scale: agree the operational need, validate devices and coverage, commission the solution and connect it to the people who will act. Device choice, reporting intervals and integrations are confirmed for each project. Suitable applications can share the estate network and NesosIQ platform.
