BIOGRAPHY
As Managing Director of Nesos Group, Liam brings over a decade of experience within the property sector, with extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial property. Born and raised in Jersey, his industry experience provides a strong understanding of the challenges facing property owners, managers and housing providers.
He has held director-level roles across two real estate companies, developing significant commercial and operational experience. Prior to entering the property sector, Liam spent eight years in finance, building a strong foundation in analysis, risk management and client advisory work.
At Nesos Group, Liam leads the Group’s strategic direction, commercial development and growth strategy, working alongside the senior leadership team to identify and deliver IoT solutions for the property and built-environment sectors.
He also leads R&D across Nesos Group, having successfully developed the Group’s growing IQ range of IoT products, including radonIQ, aerisIQ and luminIQ. His work spans product strategy, technical development and commercialisation, with responsibility for expanding the Group’s IoT product portfolio and bringing new technologies to market.
